This program is similar to the “customized training program and diet” but usually done for out of state/ overseas clients who want the best training and nutritional advice.  These programs are specifically designed to meet and exceed ones needs, wants and must haves.  A comprehensive workout guide and diet plan to get you to achieve the desire personal goal.
