This diet will get you started on the right path to your fitness goals. It does not include your bloodwork analysis which is why we call it semi-custom. We base the diet on your questionnaire and pair up the right foods for you. After all, if you don’t enjoy what you eat, you won’t continue it. Each adjustment thereafter, will be $120 per adjustments; if needed.

This is the fully customized program which includes a blood analysis done by a doctor who works closely with Derek on how to hone in one’s body on a new level. If the body is not operating at its optimum, it could give us the answers in your blood work. Through this along with the questionnaire we are able to create the most efficient program available.
This is your complete diet prep and planning on a silver platter. With unlimited adjustments bringing you to the stage with an edge on your competition. Check-ins will be monthly and adjustments made according to how the body is responding.

Derek fully customizes your program according to your specific goals and breaks it down into the number of weeks you will need to achieve this goal depending on your current situation. This will keep you on track with your training weekly and hold you accountable. Your personal training and diet in 1 package broken down into an auto payment plan monthly to take the ease out of worry about running out of sessions.
This program is similar to the “customized training program and diet” but usually done for out of state/ overseas clients who want the best training and nutritional advice. These programs are specifically designed to meet and exceed ones needs, wants and must haves. A comprehensive workout guide and diet plan to get you to achieve the desire personal goal.
